Request for Proposals- Regional Public Health Coordinator
The Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) on behalf of the towns of Framingham, Hudson, and Marlborough requests proposals for a Regional Public Health Coordinator to implement Community Transformation Grant (CTG) program initiatives that promote healthly lifestyles. The Coordinator will be funded by a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for a contract period from late-March 2012 through September 30, 2012 that may be extended an additional two years through the end of FFY2014.
